Once you've taken the proactive step of filing a complaint, the next important phase is to check for a response from the support team. Depending on the complexity of the issue and the workload of the support team, it may take some time to receive feedback. In this blog post, we will guide you through the process of checking for responses and accessing updates on your support ticket. By following these steps, you can stay informed and keep track of any developments regarding your complaint.

Step 1: Revisit the Support Website

To check for responses, you'll need to return to the support website you used to file your complaint. Remember to use the same web address as before: https://support.nou.edu.ng  Whether you're using a PC or a mobile device, accessing the support website is the first step in checking for updates.

Step 2: Dismiss Any Pop-Up Modals

Upon revisiting the support website, you might encounter pop-up modals. Simply close or cancel these modals to proceed with checking for updates.

Step 3 (PC) / Step 3 (Mobile): Accessing "My Ticket"

On a PC or a large screen, locate and click on the "My Ticket" section. This section allows you to view your support ticket and any responses provided by the support team. On the other hand, if you're using a mobile device, access the menu button first, and then click on "My Ticket" to proceed.

Step 4: Log in to View the Response

Once you've accessed the "My Ticket" section, you might be prompted to log in to your account using the same matriculation number and phone number you provided when filing the initial complaint. By logging in, you can view your ticket ID and access any responses or updates related to your complaint.

Checking for responses and updates on your support ticket is an essential part of the complaint process. By revisiting the support website, dismissing any pop-up modals, and accessing the "My Ticket" section, you can stay informed about the progress of your complaint regarding the examination results. Remember to be patient during this phase, as it may take some time for the support team to thoroughly investigate your concerns and provide a comprehensive response. We hope that this blog post has helped you understand the steps to follow while checking for updates and wish you the best of luck with your examination result inquiry!
