The Director, Special Study Centre for the Nigerian Air Force (NAF), Kaduna, Prof. Nda E. Mundi, has showered praises on university management for the provision of a 20ft container as a temporary store in place of the damaged one.
The centre's erstwhile store, referred by the staffers as a “Zinc House” was recently damaged by storm, which led to the destruction of not only the temporary structure but some valuable equipment.
According to the director, the replacement was graciously approved within a short period of time by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Olufemi Peters, through the facilitation of the coordinator for special study centres, Mrs. Adeshina Modupe.
Expressing his delight, Mundi thanked the university management for ensuring a more durable replacement.
He added that the replacement was made timely and available within the shortest time possible to house the study centre's items.
