Yenagoa Study Centre Offers Condolence Visit to Family of Deceased Staff Member

The Yenagoa Study Centre of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) expressed their condolences on the passing of Mr. Napoleon Graham-Douglas. The unfortunate incident occurred on June 14, 2023, in a tragic automobile accident along the Port Harcourt-Owerri Road.


Mr. Graham-Douglas was on an official assignment at the time of the accident. Recognizing his dedication and hard work, the Yenagoa Study Centre, along with selected staff from Yenagoa and Port Harcourt centres, paid a visit to the grieving family on June 22, 2023.


Leading the condolence delegation was Prof. Clifford Amini, the director of the centre. Prof. Amini spoke highly of the late Mr. Graham-Douglas, highlighting his commitment and describing him as an invaluable member of the Yenagoa centre and the entire staff community. He offered prayers for solace to be bestowed upon the bereaved family and the NOUN Community.


The NOUN delegation was warmly received by both the paternal and maternal uncles of the deceased during their visit.
